Pick up service is FREE OF CHARGE from any metro Melbourne suburb. Your bouquet can be picked up from a home, work or business address. You can nominate a friend or family members address if you will not be available. (Pick up service operates Monday to Friday only & does not operate on public holidays). To book this service please use our online booking form "book now" or telephone or email us.
*Please check that your pick up suburb is on the FREE pick up Suburbs list below. If your suburb is NOT on this list your flowers can still be picked up by following the instructions for Country Areas below.
Delivery Of Finished Product (Interstate Orders Only)
For interstate orders only, completed jobs can be sent to you via courier service. Freight is charged separately based on weight of finished frame. Freight charge is determined only once a job has been completed. We will contact you at the time of completion to discuss options. Frames will not be sent to you until delivery charge is paid in full.
How to pack the flowers for pick up:
To protect the flowers in transit, they must be packed in a box. Find any box or container large enough to fit the flowers in. Place some scrunched up newspaper in the bottom of the box. Place the flowers in the box as they are. They DO NOT need to be in water in the box. Make sure the box has a lid and it is fully sealed down with sticky tape. There should be no openings in the box at all. All sides should be secure.
